Service Tax provisions have been changed significantly w.e.f. 1-7-2012. Now e-filing of Service Tax return is made compulsory. The format of the service tax return is also changed a lot. Members are facing a lot of difficulties in filing the service tax return.
We, as professional, have to update ourselves, and have to know the procedure for e-filing the service tax return. Keeping the above in mind, we have organized a Lecture meeting on "E-filing of Service Tax Returns". We are pleased to inform that CA Nitesh Jain (Expert in the field of indirect tax advisory) has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.
