Day in and day out we are called upon by our clients to issue certificates for foreign remittances for various reasons like payments for commission, purchase of goods, royalty, fees for technical services, transfer of money from NRO to NRE account etc. For this we need to be aware of FEMA as well as provisions of Income Tax Act.
