Lecture Meeting on "Capacity Building Through Use of Software" , "E-filing of I T Returns & MCA Filing" and Company Law Settlement Scheme.

 

Everybody of us now must be relax after filing of income tax returns of Non-auditable assesses. Now day by day, we must be expert in using software for preparing and offloading Income tax returns and for MCA filing. For the benefits of the members, we have organized a program on how to use computer software for preparing and filing of e-returns and also the procedure for MCA filing.

 

In addition, as we all are aware, Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, announced the Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS). Since many companies are not filing their ROC returns on timely basis, records are not updated regularly. Such companies are also facing additional fees burden due to non-filing of Annual Returns. In order to regularize such irregularities, an opportunity has been given by the above CLSS scheme till 31^st October, 2011. We are thankful to CA Vikas Jain who has agreed to share his knowledge on immediate notice.

 

We are pleased to inform you that CA Vikas Jain and Mr. Dindayal have agreed to share their knowledge on the subject.

Annual General Meeting and Lecture Meeting on "Tax on real estate transactions"

MEETING ON FILLING OF INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR A.Y. 2011-12

Dear Members,

 

Now all of us must be busy in filling of income tax returns for non-auditable persons. The Income Tax Department has modified format of all the income tax returns. Hence we require to file income tax returns in new format. We as professionals must update ourselves with latest provisions of the income tax returns.  Keeping in mind above, we have organized a meeting on Filling of Income Tax Returns. We are pleased to inform that CA Jignesh J. Shah has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.
