Friends, after hectic September, all of us must have re-started routine office work. Due to globalization, volumes of transactions have increase many fold. Now a days, we need to provide many services and that too within due dates. Majority of our time consumes in Administrative work, with the use of technology we can able to save our administrative consumption of time and focus on other work or in social responsibilities.

Considering the important of the subject, we have organized a meeting on "Deliver better service using cloud". We are pleased to inform you that Mr. Anant R. Parmar, Founder of Infex Biztech Private Limited has agreed to share his view on the subject.

Mr. Anant Parmar will focus on educating us all about the power of cloud computing and how a chartered accountant can take leverage of cloud computing paradigm to deliver better customer service.

Meeting on Domestic Transfer Pricing

 

Finance Act 2012 has introduced transfer pricing provisions for Specified Domestic Transaction and the relevant provisions are applicable w.e.f. F.Y. 2012-13 relevant to A.Y. 2013-14 in respect of Specified Domestic Transactions (SDT) in aggregate of Rs. 5.00 crore annually. Accordingly the preparation of Form No. 3CEB and TP study report is mandatory even for the SDT. Non compliance with reporting requirement would now result in onerous additional penalties. Hence the study of various aspects such as specified persons u/s 40A(2)(b), computations of Arm's length pricing, etc. requires a deep insight and study.

  

Hence before the closure of the Audit season for the year ended March, 2013 we have organized the following program on "Domestic Transfer Pricing".

We are having upcoming tax audit compliance work to be completed by 30^th September. This year onwards Tax audit reports have to be uploaded by the Chartered Accountants.  This new change in the Tax Audit compliance procedure also brings with it new complications to be faced by the professionals.

Meeting on Service Tax Audit

 

In Service Tax, The assessees are entrusted with a self-assessment system wherein the tax paid by them is treated as true and fair. There is a trust deficit here too as such the Service tax department apprehends that there might be instances where either assessee deliberately avoids and evades tax or a case where ignorance of laws leads to non-payment of Service Tax. In both the cases government loses its revenue. To prevent such leakage of revenue, one of the basic tools employed by department is Audit of the assessee.

 

Considering the above in mind and the importance of the subject, we have organized this meeting on Service Tax Audit. We are extremely glad to inform you that Eminent Chartered Accountant, Mr. Bishan R. Shah has agreed to share his knowledge on Service Tax Audit.

MEETING ON ISSUES IN UPLOADING TAX AUDIT REPORT AND PRECAUTION ABOUT DSC

 

After complying with the provisions of yearly TDS returns, now all of us must be busy in filing of income tax returns. Slowly and gradually, the department is computerizing more and more compliances. With effect from A. Y. 2013-14, we are now required to file tax audit report along with the return of income. Filing of tax audit report is not only time consuming process but also requires caution in filling all the para of form 3CD.

 

We have to understand the exact procedure for uploading the Tax Audit Report and also to know the procedure for using DSC. Keeping the above in mind, we have organized a lecture meeting on "ISSUES IN UPLOADING TAX AUDIT REPORT AND PRECAUTION ABOUT DSC". We are pleased to inform that CA Pathik Shah has agreed to share his expert knowledge on the subject.
