All of us must be busy in filling income tax returns for Non-auditable assesses. We are using Excel for our day to day office work but we are not knowing so many features of Excel. To update ourselves, we have organized the program on Excel.

Now all of us must be busy in filling of income tax returns for non-auditable persons. The Income Tax Department has modified format of all the income tax returns. Hence we require to file income tax returns in new format. We as professionals must update ourselves with latest provisions of the income tax returns.  Keeping in mind above, we have organized a meeting on Filling of Income Tax Returns. LECTURE MEETING ON XBRL

Dear Members,

 

By now all the members must be relax from filing of TDS returns. The Government(MCA)  has changed the filing format of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet in XBRL. The Government has also clarified that the provisions will be applicable to companies whose turnover is Rs. 100 crores or more and/or paid up capital is Rs. 5 crores or more. All the listed companies, irrespective of their capital/turnover, are also required to file Profit & Loss A/c. and Balance Sheet in XBRL form. These provisions are applicable w.e.f. F. Y. 2010-11.

 

Hence we need to understand the XBRL format. Keeping in mind above, we have organized a Lecture meeting on the above subject. We are extremely happy to inform that CA Sandesh Mundra has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.

LECTURE MEETING ON PROVISIONS OF SCHEDULE VI OF THE COMPANIES ACT

 

Dear Members,

 

By now all the members must be relax from hectic schedule of bank audits. The Government has changed the reporting requirements of Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets as per schedule VI in line with the changes in IFRS. The Government has also clarified that the provisions will be applicable w. e. f. F. Y. 2011-12.

 

Though the audited accounts of FY 2010-11 is required to be prepared under existing Schedule VI requirement, but We, professionals have to keep in mind that  while preparing balance sheet of next year i.e. FY 2011-12 , we need to recast previous years figures (FY 2010-11) as per revised Schedule VI. Hence we need to understand the provisions of revised Schedule VI now. Keeping in mind above, we have organized a Lecture meeting on the above subject. We are extremely happy to inform that CA Subodh Kedia has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the amendment in  Schedule VI of the Companies Act.
