Revision of Annual Membership Fees.

Dear Members,

 

As you are aware that during the last AGM  Meeting held on 22/08/2014 it was unanimously decided to increase the membership fees from 01^st April ,2015 to Rs. 1500/- in order to meet the increased various cost of study circle group meetings. Hence you are requested to pay the fees for F.Y. 2015-16 at Rs. 1500/-.

Meeting on Companies Act 2013 : Compliance from Auditor’s Perspective

Dear Members,

 

As we all are aware that majority of sections of Companies Act, 2013 are effective for the financial year ending 31st March, 2015. As a Chartered Accountant, it is essential that we completely understand and ensure the compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and other statutory requirements. 

 

Therefore, a seminar is arranged to provide an in depth analysis of major amendments in the Companies Act which requires extensive compliance with respect to Depreciation, Loans and Advances, Acceptance of Deposits, etc.

Meeting on Important Provisions proposed under Finance Bill, 2015

Dear Members,

 

The Finance Bill, 2015 has created lot of excitement and confusions because of the various said and unsaid budget proposals.  Hence it becomes necessary again and again to understand the various proposals.

 

In order to take the benefit of various interpretations since budget day by various forums and Medias and in order to listen the experts on the subject we have organised the following programme on "Important Provisions proposed under Finance Bill, 2015"

 

We, at Navjivan, are starting a new initiative to organise certain programmes in Co-ordination with other such bodies/group.
