LECTURE MEETING ON ISSUES ON COMPANY AUDIT AND REPORTING UNDER CARO

In spite of the facts that we are doing the corporate audits for several years, we are not updated on latest provisions of the Companies Act and hence our audit reports required to be reported after considering certain important issues which need to be taken care of properly.

 

Keeping in mind relevance of the above subject in our day-to-day practice, we have organized Lecture meeting on the above subject. We are extremely pleased to inform you that CA Ramesh Kedia has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.

 

We therefore request you to remain present in large number to take benefit of the knowledge and experience of the faculty on the subject.
