These days of globalization have made the world very close. Due to this cross boarder transactions have increase many fold. To up date our knowledge, we have to be in touch with the latest developments on FEMA.
Considering the importance of the subject, we had organized two meetings to discuss various case studies on FEMA vis-à-vis NRI taxation on 30th November, 2010 and on 28th January, 2011. However, we could discuss only 11 posers during these meetings. We are extremely happy to inform that CA Hiren D. Shah has agreed to discuss balance posers.
We request all the members to remain present in large numbers.
