Friends due to globalization, volumes of international transactions have increase many fold. Now a days, clients are entering in to international transactions and they ask our expert advice on taxation on such transactions. Clients have started to earned foreign source income and asking for tax treatment as per Indian tax/DTAA. Hence, to keep pace with the globalization, we must possess sufficient knowledge about the taxation of such transactions in India.
