Meeting on Domestic Transfer Pricing

           

Friends, all of you must be aware that the provisions of Finance Act, 2012 include the provision of Domestic Transfer Pricing. Assessees entering into related parties transactions in excess of Rs. 500 lacs during F. Y. 2012-13 are required to keep the required documentations and are also required to get audit report under transfer pricing provisions. For last several years additions in Assessment in respect of International Transfer Pricing has increased many fold.

 

To understand the applicability of domestic transfer pricing provisions and to understand the documentations, we have organised this meeting on the subject of "Domestic Transfer Pricing". Chartered Accountant As A Business Advisor

We, Chartered Accountants, by and large are traditionally engaged in the fields of Auditing, Taxation and other Statutory Compliances. We spent lots of time and resources in fulfilling statutory compliances. Workshop on Indirect Taxation of Works Contract

 

Friends, works contract is a combination of transfer of goods and services. Levying tax on transfer of goods is a subject matter of State Government whereas charging tax on services is subject matter of the Central Government. There is always controversy for charging of tax on works contract.

 

To clarify the provisions of works contract in respect of VAT and Service Tax, we have arranged a workshop on Indirect Taxation of works contract. We are glad to inform you that CA Priyam R. Shah and CA Nitesh Jain have agreed to lead the workshop.

LECTURE MEETING ON SERVICE TAX PROVISIONS
