Meeting on Domestic Transfer Pricing

           

Friends, all of you must be aware that the provisions of Finance Act, 2012 include the provision of Domestic Transfer Pricing. Assessees entering into related parties transactions in excess of Rs. 500 lacs during F. Y. 2012-13 are required to keep the required documentations and are also required to get audit report under transfer pricing provisions. For last several years additions in Assessment in respect of International Transfer Pricing has increased many fold.

 

To understand the applicability of domestic transfer pricing provisions and to understand the documentations, we have organised this meeting on the subject of "Domestic Transfer Pricing". We are pleased to inform you that CA Nehal Sheth, has agreed to discuss some of the important aspects of the subject.
