Friends, while conducting attestation work, we have see that the Auditing and Assurance Standards issued by the Institute have been complied with. Recently the Institute has modified the Auditing Standards to harmonize the same with the International Standards. We must update ourselves with the latest developments.   

 

Considering the importance of the subject, we have organized a meeting on "Issues on Auditing and Assurance Standards". We are pleased to inform you that the leading Chartered Accountant CA Kaushik Patel has agreed to share his expertise knowledge with us.

Recent Important Judgments Under The Income Tax Act

Friends, after completion of the assessments in the month of December, we must now be relax. Against the assessment orders of the lower authorities, we must have filed appeals before the CIT (Appeal). To defend our cases, we must update ourselves with the recent important judgments.
