Recent Important Judgments Under The Income Tax Act

Friends, after completion of the assessments in the month of December, we must now be relax. Against the assessment orders of the lower authorities, we must have filed appeals before the CIT (Appeal). To defend our cases, we must update ourselves with the recent important judgments. 

 

Considering the importance of the subject, we have organized a meeting on "Recent Important Judgments Under The Income Tax Act". We are pleased to inform you that the leading advocate Shri Mehulbhai K. Patel has agreed to share his analysis of the judgments with us.
