Capacity Building of CA Through Awareness Relating to Digital Signature

Friends, India is no more behind in technological development and application of Information and Technology. We in India are also required to file so many returns and documents electronically to comply with various laws such as TDS, Income Tax, Custom and Excise, VAT, Company Law matter and so on. To give the authenticity to our document filed electronically, it is required to file the same with digital signature. We are using digital signature almost every day in our office but we are not aware of the laws relating to use of digital signature.

 

To know the laws relating to digital signature, we have organized a meeting on "Capacity Building of CA Through Awareness Relating to Digital Signature". We are extremely happy to inform you that Shri Mr. Pranav Pandya- Director(Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. from Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. has agreed to share his knowledge on the subject with us.
