LECTURE MEETING ON SERVICE TAX PROVISIONS

 

We have discussed definition of Service, Negative List Approach, Exemptions and Reverse Charge Mechanism, negative list under Service Tax provisions during the first meeting of service tax series.  We shall discuss balance important provisions of Service Tax including provisions of Place of Provision of Service Rules, Concept of Bundled and Unbundled services and Abatements during the 2^nd Meeting of the service tax series.

 

We are pleased to inform that CA Rahul Patel (Expert in the field of indirect tax) has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.
