As we all are aware, Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, announced the Company Law Settlement Scheme (CLSS), 2010 and Easy Exit Scheme, 2010 on 26th May, 2010. Since many companies are not filing their ROC returns on timely basis, records are not updated regularly and are not updated. Such companies are also facing additional fees burden due to non-filing of documents. In order to regularize such irregularities, an opportunity has been given by the above CLSS scheme till 31st August, 2010.
Keeping in mind relevance of the scheme in our practice, we have organized Lecture meeting on the above subject. We are extremely delighted to inform that CA Vikas Jain has agreed to share his knowledge and experience on the subject.
We request all the members to remain present in large number to take benefit of the knowledge and experience of the faculty on the subject.
