Friends, September is the most busy month for all of us since the audit is to be completed before the end of this month. After globalization, business structuring and restructuring is common phenomenon. In this competitive environment, Tax Planning is required to survive in the market. Hence there is a need to understand Tax Planning Through Business Structuring and Restructuring.
Keeping above in mind, we have organized a meeting on "Tax Planning Through Business Structuring and Restructuring". We are pleased to inform you that our Regional Council Member CA Bhailalbhai K. Patel has agreed to share his views on the subject.

Students are also allowed to attend the meeting.
