Meeting on "Taxability of Works Contract & TDS Provisions Under VAT Act".

 

Friends, on completion of busy September, we must be relex now. Next deadline is scrutiny assessment and VAT audit. In conducting VAT audit, we must know the important provisions of the VAT Act. There are a lot of controversies in provisions of VAT in respect of real estate transactions.

 

Keeping above in mind, we have organized a meeting on "Taxability of Works contract & TDS Provisions Under VAT Act". We are pleased to inform you that our Member CA Priyam R. Shah has agreed to share his views on the subject.
