India is an economy of undivided families. There are different laws governing HUF in different parts of India. Creation/partition/division of HUF is always a subject matter of controversies. Before understanding the taxability of HUF, we must know the laws governing HUF.
To update ourselves about the laws applicable to HUF, we have organized a meeting on "Issues on Laws Governing HUF & it's Taxability". We are pleased to inform you that the most senior and respectable personality of our Institute CA Shri Ashwinbhai C. Shah has agreed to share his vide experience and knowledge with us.
