Workshop on Provisions of Revised Schedule VI of the Companies Act

We have reported the audited reports for FY 2010-11 in the old schedule VI format. The reporting format of the financial statement has been modified and is applicable to all the Companies whose accounting year starting on or after 1st April, 2011. While reporting financial statement for FY 2011-12, we need to recast previous years figures (i.e. FY 2010-11) as per revised Schedule VI. Hence we must know the provisions of revised Schedule VI in detailed.

 

Keeping in mind the importance of the subject, we have organized a "Workshop on Provisions of Revised Schedule VI of the Companies Act". We are extremely happy to inform you that CA Chirag M. Shah has agreed to lead the workshop on the subject.
