Companies Act, 2013 Series

Dear Members,

 

To begin with the new financial year we are happy to announce the "Companies Act, 2013 Series" for the benefit of the members.

 

A lot of discussion has already happened at various forums on the subject, however still a lot required to be read, discussed and understood. Hence we have planned the study circle series.

 

Details of 1^ST Lecture of "Companies Act, 2013 Series"is as under:-

CPE Credit of 2 hours will be available to the attendants. Tea/Coffee and light refreshment shall be provided.

 

Students are also allowed to attend the meeting.

Members who have not paid fees of Rs. 1000/- for the year 2014-15 are requested to bring the same.
