Companies Act, 2013 Series

Dear Members,

 

To begin with the new financial year we are happy to announce the "Companies Act, 2013 Series" for the benefit of the members.

 

A lot of discussion has already happened at various forums on the subject, however still a lot required to be read, discussed and understood. Hence we have planned the following study circle series.

 

Details of 5th Lecture of "Companies Act, 2013 Series"is as under:-

 

09th June, 2014 Monday. 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

CPE Credit of 2 hours will be available to the attendants. Tea/Coffee and light refreshment shall be provided.

 

Request to carry your own copy of Companies Act, 2013 during the study circle meeting. 

 

We request you to remain present in large number to take benefit of the knowledge of the faculty on the subject.

 

Members who have not paid fees of Rs. 1000/- for the year 2014-15 are requested to bring the same.
