Companies Act, 2013 Series

Dear Members,

 

To begin with the new financial year we are happy to announce the "Companies Act, 2013 Series" for the benefit of the members.

 

A lot of discussion has already happened at various forums on the subject, however still a lot required to be read, discussed and understood. Hence we have planned the following study circle series.

Handbook on "Companies Act, 2013 " Published by Chartered Accountant Association, Ahmedabad shall be given FREE OF COST to all the members who have paid the fees for F.Y. 2014-15  & present in the meeting. Those Members who cannot remain present in the Meeting on 23/06/2014, can get their copy in Subsequent Meeting or can collect from the following Address:-
